Skill Upleveler is an educational resource and does not guarantee employment, career advancement, certification, business results, financial outcomes, or mastery of any particular technology.

Artificial intelligence technologies change rapidly. While we work to provide useful and accurate educational material, information about AI tools, features, pricing, capabilities, policies, and practices may change.

Users are responsible for evaluating AI-generated information and verifying important information before relying on it.

Skill Upleveler content is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, employment, or other professional advice.

Some features may be available without an account, while other features may require or benefit from an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account. You may not impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with authentication or security controls.

Unless otherwise stated, Skill Upleveler lessons, curriculum, exercises, instructional frameworks, graphics, branding, original prompts and prompt collections, Rocki character materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Rocky Phoenix AI LLC.

You may use learning materials for your own personal or professional learning.

You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Skill Upleveler curriculum or materials without written permission from Rocky Phoenix AI.

Skill Upleveler may discuss, demonstrate, link to, or integrate with third-party AI products and services.

Rocky Phoenix AI does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, outputs, security, privacy practices, pricing, policies, or changes. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Skill Upleveler may offer features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or under development.

Beta functionality may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or be removed as the product develops. Feedback provided during beta testing may be used to improve Skill Upleveler.

Skill Upleveler is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user's particular needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rocky Phoenix AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Skill Upleveler.

You may stop using Skill Upleveler at any time.

Skill Upleveler will continue to evolve. We may modify features, content, pricing, availability, or these Terms.

When these Terms are materially updated, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
